Acceptance of Products and Product Returns:

Inspection and acceptance of all other Products shall be Buyer’s

responsibility. Buyer is deemed to have accepted the Products unless

written notice of rejection is received by Seller within ten (10) days

after delivery of the Products. Buyer waives any right to revoke

acceptance thereafter. Buyer shall report any discrepancy in shipment

quantity or damage within ten (10) days after delivery. All returns for

Defective and Non-Defective Products must have a valid Return Material

Authorization (“RMA”) Number issued by Seller in accordance with the

terms of the Manufacturer’s Warranty. Shipping instructions will be

General Return Policy

• Advisor Consulting Group Corp (“we” or “our”) Standard Return Policies are applicable only to eligible products (see below) purchased by you directly from the Advisor Consulting Group Corp website or company as itself.

• All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain a RMA number by contacting Advisor Consulting Group Customer Care at +1 (786) 607-1241 during Business Hours (Mon-Fri from 9am to 5pm) or by sending a request to RMA@acgofamericas.com.

• Products that are not eligible for return are outlined below:
  • Any product not purchased from Advisor Consulting Group Corp
  • Any product that is not returnable according to the manufacturer’s policies (see list below)
  • Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial numbers
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
  • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage
  • Expedited shipping costs are Non-Refundable

• Items received without a RMA authorization are also ineligible. All unapproved returns shipped back to us or the vendor will be returned at the expense of the sender.

Standard Return Policy

Items covered by this policy (those products for which Advisor Consulting Group Corp states “This item may be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days only“) must be returned to Advisor Consulting Group Corp within 30 days of the shipment date for this policy to apply. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by Advisor Consulting Group Corp, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.

• Return for refund within: 30 days of shipment date
• Return for replacement within: 30 days of shipment date
• Restocking Fee: 15% minimum, actual terms may vary
• Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable and returned products will be shipped at the customer’s expense

Non-Returnable/Refundable Policy

Items covered by this policy (those products for which Advisor Consulting Group Corp states “This item may NOT be returned for any reasons“) are non-returnable/non-refundable per the manufacturer’s policies.
