It is a Cloud based solution to allow you to access and share your forms, and you don't even have to do the hard work, we'll do it for you. If you attach and/or send us via our Digitalization Form Capture Link Form (CLICK HERE), we can transcript and generate the most accurate data capture Form, with the highest standards. This way, you only focus in what you need, productivity that is.

Basically our service process is as follows:

1. You may request a Demo/Trial for a period of 7 Days, without any commitment (we love Demo's and Trials, that way our customers know exactly what they'll get).
   1. For the Demo/Trial to start, you require to start your Demo/Trail Subscption here CLICK HERE, so we can receive your Demo/Trial Document.
   2. Our Team will contact you within the next 24 Hours via email or the phone, to clarify your Demo/Trial Document, if there's any question from our side. Until here, your Demo/Trial has not started yet.
   3. You will receive via email within the next 36-72 Hours (to your order provided email) a link with a preliminary publishing of your Form, already digitalized for your approval, or corrections and comments. This far, your Demo/Trial, still hasn't started yet, wait for it.
   4. If you have sent us correcitons, we will answer with the requested corrections within the next 36 hours. If this is your case, again, your Demo/Trial hasn't started just yet.
   5. You have a 24 hour window, to approve your preliminary Form or send us corrections (this process can be done up to 3 times), if you've approved your design and parameters, or the 24 hour window has passed, then your Free Demo/Trial has official started.
   6. Please remember: you can use your published Demo/Trial Form for testing purposes preferably, and you will not be charged within the 7 Day Demo/Trial period, unless you want to start officially before the Demo/Trial Ends. The Demo/Trial consists of 1 SIngle Form, with at most 3 Pages. For the Demo/Trial environment, you'll be accessing your Demo/Trial Form via our official Forms System at https://forms.torii.cloud.
2. If your Subscription comes from a Demo/Trial, you don't need to worry about anything else, except to select your desired subscription length and Add-Ons (if needed).
3. If you wish to skip the Demo/Trial Environment, the process will be taken same way we process the demo, as follows:
   1. For the Subscription to Start to start, you require to select either:
      1. Monthly Subscriptions with your required Add-Ons: CLICK HERE
      2. Annual Subscriptions with your required Add-Ons: CLIK HERE (with annual subscriptions, you'll end up saving more).
   2. After you select your desired Subscription Term our Team will contact you within the next 24 Hours via email or the phone, to clarify your Uploaded Document/s, if there's any question from our side. Until here, your subscription has not started yet.
   3. You will receive via email within the next 36-72 Hours (to your order provided email) a link with a preliminary publishing of your Form, already digitalized for your approval, or corrections and comments. This far, your subscription, still hasn't started yet.
   4. If you have sent us corrections, we will answer with the requested corrections within the next 36 hours. If this is your case, again, your Subscription hasn't started just yet.
   5. You have a 24 hour window, to approve your preliminary Form/s or send us corrections (this process can be done up to 3 times), if you've approved your design and parameters, or the 24 hour window has passed, then your Subscription has official started.
   6. Please remember: you can use your published Form/s once you receive the official published Link. If you have selected for your Subscription to have your personalized Domain and FQDN, you'll be contacted once your Form is live and running, within the next 24 business hour window, for us to setup correctly your parameters, and for you to be able to use it as you see fit.
4. Your Forms and Digitalization Documents, will be kept encrypted on a safe server folder (per your written authorization), for possible future changes, or corrections, if not authorized, we will erase all the digital data, once you've approved your Demo/Trial or final Subscriptions, or the 24 hour window after successful notification from us have happened. Also, Forms and Documents held and hosted by us have to follow these simple but enforced rules:
   1. We won't collect sensitive data, such as "Passwords"
   2. We won't create or digitalize Forms, with the "looks of phishing". For us to be able to use a globally known brand, we will need to follow strict copyright steps, such as letterhead letter from the brand itself, and/or email confirmation, of what we believe is the domain brand owner.
   3. The Data you provide us, will have a disclaimer of your responsibility of use, and ownership as well.
